Looking for a challenge without going full burn? Tini’ Bit Spicy is an advanced class that adds just the right amount of intensity. This session will:

  • Push your strength and endurance with controlled movements
  • Target your core, glutes, and upper body for a balanced workout
  • Give you a satisfying burn while keeping things manageable


Perfect if you’re ready to step it up but not quite ready for RFRM. x Spicy Margs. This class brings just a little extra heat!

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
