Focus on your core and glutes in this targeted class! Similar to Full Body, this session is suitable for all levels and designed to build core stability while sculpting those peaches. In this class, you’ll:

  • Strengthen and tone your glutes and abs
  • Improve core stability and control
  • Boost overall strength and endurance

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
