Welcome to Reformer Pilates! Our introductory class is designed for beginners and taught at a slower pace to help you feel confident and comfortable on the reformer. During this class, we’ll cover all the essentials, including:

  • Breath work to support movement and stability
  • Posture and alignment to prevent injury
  • Core engagement for strength and control


This class is perfect for first-timers and highly recommended before progressing to more advanced sessions. Come discover the benefits of Reformer Pilates and build a strong foundation for your journey!

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
