Class details

Our main class, suitable for all levels! Full Body incorporates all the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates while adding an extra challenge to strengthen your core and work your entire body from head to toe. In these sessions, you’ll:

  • Build strength and endurance
  • Improve flexibility and balance
  • Choose your own difficulty level to match your pace


Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further, this class allows you to work with your body and progress on your RFRM journey.

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
