Ready to take it up a notch? Our Circuit class is a higher-intensity session, perfect for intermediate RFRM-ers looking for a challenge. This circuit-based interval class is designed to:

  • Leave you feeling energized with a rush of dopamine

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
