Get ready for pulses, holds, and that satisfying burn! Our Barre class blends elements of Barre and Ballet to challenge your posture, balance, and alignment while giving your entire body a workout. In this class, you’ll:

  • Strengthen and tone with small, controlled movements
  • Improve balance and stability
  • Work your full body for a powerful, low-impact burn

Equipment required

No naked feet

Grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. You are required to wear socks. We recommend purchasing a pair of our RFRM. grip socks to get the best experience. These can be purchased at the Studio.

Hydration Station

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you to classes. Hydration is key and you can also refill at the studios
